This part-time HR Coordinator position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Imagine yourself in the role, your day to day includes:

Welcoming New Team Members & Supporting Exiting Team Members:

  • Helping new employees settle in by coordinating their onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, including creating contracts, issuing + managing the return of new employee paperwork & associated documents.
  • Supporting off-boarding processes with exiting team members

Keeping Things Organised:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, such as personal information, benefits, and leave records + ensuring everything is up to date via various systems (web based & excel)
  • Assist with preparing essential HR documents across the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts and letters, with precision and attention to detail.

Making Things Better Together:

  • Be a champion of improvement by actively identifying areas where our HR processes can be more efficient and effective.
    Share your ideas and work collaboratively with the team to implement enhancements and best practices.
    Supporting Policies and Compliance:
  • Help maintain HR policies and procedures + associated soft files & record keeping. You are the owner of the HR file where information is stored, you can ensure it is logical and well managed.

Who you are & your skills:

  • Previous experience in HR or a similar role, where you've gained a good understanding of HR processes and practices
  • Excellent organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for maintaining confidentiality and building positive relationships
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and MS Office Suite (comfortable using MS Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and showing a proactive approach
